Dialogische Führung

During this interactive tour, students will immerse themselves in the current exhibition, The Body Within Abstraction. The tour provides an opportunity to explore the artworks actively and engage deeply with the exhibition's content. Participants share their impressions, fostering a lively dialogue that connects art with personal perspectives.

The Body Within Abstraction challenges the assumption that constructive-concrete art is detached from the body and purely rational. Works by Heidi Bucher reimagine the body in a new way and meet Bruce Nauman’s exploration of his own body as a measure and a tool. Chiharu Shiota’s large-scale thread installations create traces of presence and memory. In turn, Eva Fàbregas invites viewers to perceive their own bodies anew in relation to her room-filling fabric sculptures and organic-looking, oversized forms. Short activities encourage new ways of engaging with the artworks and enable visitors to experience the interconnection between the body and constructive-concrete art.

For secondary level II (middle schools, vocational schools, and cantonal schools in Zurich): CHF 100 incl. ZVV ticket (limited contingent).

For schools outside the Canton of Zurich: CHF 250 (excluding ZVV ticket).
