During this two-hour workshop, students will explore selected works from the Richard Paul Lohse exhibition.
Students will be immersed in the colourful world of Lohse, one of the most important figures in constructive-concrete art.
What role do colour, structure and repetition play? How can these principles be used creatively to express own ideas?
After exploring the exhibition together, students translate their impressions into art in the studio. Drawing inspiration from Lohse's colourful creations, they design their own pieces and bring the vibrant squares to life.
